Going To Barbados…..
Several Members of our Club are off to Barbados at the end of October for our Federation Conference.They will be meeting up with friends from around the world.It is an important event for our President Debbie who is going to be a very visible presence.She has two appearances on the platform,once to second a motion and again to make a presentation about her soon- to- be Charity “Cementing Futures”.
We also happen to know that the Regional Party has the theme “Pirates of the Carribean”.There is a rumour that those who do not wear suitable costume will be made to “walk the plank”.We look forwards to hearing all about the fun , interesting speakers and debates,as well as news and updates from our wide network.Any photos they dare to send me on return might make an appearance on this website!
