You were very appreciative of my modest talents, and sang like skylarks (Alouettes, gentilles alouettes!). The decorations were superb: thanks to Steve for the Toulouse-Lautrec posters, which I was generously allowed to take home, and which now decorate the walls of my office. The food was great as well, lovely runny cheeses and a decent glass of wine. I'll cross the Pennines anytime for you! I would like to say what a pleasure it was to entertain your group.
