About our Club
Soroptimist International of Crosby was chartered in 1938 as a ‘daughter’ club of S.I. Liverpool. Our members cover a wide range of professions, expertise and interests. Many play a leading role in local businesses and organisations - and others may have retired from the ‘day job’ but now work in the community on a voluntary basis. Our members live in Thornton, Ainsdale, Waterloo, Hightown, Formby, Birkdale, Netherton and Maghull, as well as in Crosby itself.
Our business meeting are held on the second Wednesday of each month at West Lancashire Golf Club. Currently we have forty members, and we are actively recruiting new Soroptimists.
