Federation President’s ‘75 for 75′ challenge

At tonight’s Business Meeting will be holding an ‘Auction of Promises’ to raise £75 for the Federation President’s water project established to celebrate SIGBI’s 75th Anniversary.
We will also be voting for the Charity we will be supporting during 2010 to 2011.

The guest speaker for this event is Robert Wicks who brought back brewing to the historic town of Westerham when he established the Westerham Brewery Company in 2004. The company produces real ales for the local market, is mindful of ethical and green issues and tithes 10% of the profits of the William Wilberforce Freedom Ale to STOP THE TRAFFIK.
Squerryes Court is a beautiful 17th century manor house which has been the Warde family home since 1731. It is surrounded by 20 acres of attractive and historic gardens.
The cost for the event is £36, which includes a guided tour of the house, Buck’s Fizz reception and three-course lunch with a glass of wine and coffee. Numbers are limited so early booking is essential.
