Along the cycle way
Streak was under the weather so Stepper stepped in to get everybody under orders on the 19th and the Merrie band now rejoined by Traveller set off on the Cycle Way on the golf course side of the river to Addingham. A bit further than previously and well done to all. Actually Stepper is looking for more shorter walkers. If you are not as tall, then you have to do many more steps than taller members to cover the same distance. But if you think that’s bad, spare a thought for all those cyclists you saw as you were walking along the Cycle Way. To walk off one pound in weight you need to walk about 58 miles but those cyclists have to go for 88. And that seems a very long way.
