About our Club
Welcome to our Club site. The city of Kingston upon Hull nestles near the east coast and on the banks of the River Humber in Yorkshire. A fresh and bracing part of the country. Perhaps it’s the good air that maintains our member’s love of life and vitality.
Our meetings are normally held on the last Wednesday of the month, at The Village Hotel, Henry Boot Way, Priory Park, Hessle, HU4 7DY, 7:00 pm. The nature of the meetings vary. Some weeks we may have a speaker. Another occasion we may plan, discuss and debate our projects. Meetings are usually stimulating. Never boring. And they do allow members to forget about their work or family problems for a couple of hours.
The Hull club is always looking for new members. Preferably the type of woman who likes to participate in helping improve the lives of women and children, to promote human rights for all, enjoys friendship and having fun too. Very shortly we shall be forming these pages giving information about projects and members. As the site develops it will become more interesting so please call and see us again soon. You may even wish to come to a meeting or two. We would be delighted to see you.
