Charity Concert
On Saturday 17th January 2009 Soroptimist International of Leicester organised a charity concert of organ music with duets for flute and piano in the beautiful parish church of St. Mary’s Humberstone.
More than a hundred people gathered to hear accomplished musicians play familiar classical pieces intertwined with the unfamiliar or modern compositions.The two Charities to benefit from the proceeds of the evening are Motor Neurone Disease Association and STEPS.
