It’s that time of year again! A bumper collection for the Bower this year as the fine weather brought out the crowds. Sue, Wendy, David, Gill, Jackie and I helped to count almost £4,000 in small coin and this is the amount that is distributed to organisations and charities that contribute to the day. Lesley, Mark and Bob were responsible for counting the gate money and record crowds attended in the park too - approximately 38,000 paying visitors! A wonderful day for Lichfield and a credit to the Bower organisers.
