Presidents’ message
Presidents Noreen, Ann and Helen
This year Runcorn, Frodsham and District are, for the first time in 61 years, trying something new – three for the price of one!
The presidency for the coming year will be shared by three of us. We will work throughout the year as a team and play to each others strengths and so our theme for the year is ‘Teamwork’.
In the tradition of the club we will be supporting local, national and international projects and hope to support Runcorn, Frodsham and District MENCAP Link Youth Group (a youth club for young people from 11–19 with learning disabilities), the D of E scheme, Book Aid International and Project SIerra.
High on the agenda for the year will be recruitment and raising our profile locally.
Although we are a small club we intend to remain active and upbeat and to involve as many members as possible in all our events and activities and work together as a team.
