Wine into Water evening

SI Sheffield recently held a very successful wine tasting evening in support of Water Aid. The tickets were unsurprisingly a sell out!
Angela Culley and Sue Sheriff, both members of SI Sheffield, gave an instructive and entertaining talk on 6 global wines, emphasising how to identify the characteristics of a wine through the nose, colour and obviously thankfully, by taste! Little cake cases were also on hand filled with spices, sweets and various fruits to help identify the different descriptive types of bouquet!
This was a great way to raise money for such an important cause. Thank you Sue and Angela!
