Annual General Meeting
Thursday 2nd April 2009. Club meeting at St Andrew’s Parish Centre. 7.30pm. President Ann Prentice will hand over the chain of office to President Elect Susan Bruce and other club officers will be elected.
Time for Reflection
Saturday 18th April 2009. Shakespeare Hospice 10.15am. An opportunity for members of the club to get together to discuss the club and how it should develop. Members only.
Water Aid
Thursday 7th May 2009. Club meeting at St Andrew’s Parish Centre. 7.30.pm. A talk on Water Aid will be followed by a business meeting.
Luddington Nature Reserve
Thursday 14th May 2009. A visit to Luddington Nature Reserve will be followed by a pub supper at The Bell, Welford on Avon. More details later.
Transforming the RST
Thursday 4th June 2009. Club meeting at St Andrew’s Parish Centre. 7.30pm. A talk about transforming the Royal Shakespeare Theatre will be followed by a business meeting.
50th Charter Anniversary Lunch
Sunday 7th June 2009. Lunch at Ardencote Manor to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the chartering of the club. Friends and family welcome. More details later. Pre-booking essential.
Open Meeting
Thursday 2nd July 2009. An open club meeting at St Andrew’s Parish Centre. 7.30pm. The speaker will be Anne Hill who will talk about the International Quadrennial project - Project Sierra. There will be the opportunity for visitors to meet club members and to find out more about soroptimism.
Summer Outing
Thursday 6th August 2009. Visit to Coughton Court with private tour and supper to follow
Business Meeting
Thursday 3rd September 2009. Club meeting at St Andrew’s Parish Centre. 7.30pm. A chance to catch up with the club’s business.
Friendship Weekend
Friday 11th September - Sunday 13th September 2009. Club members will be welcoming Soroptimist vistors from other countries and from other clubs in the region. Programme details to be announced later.
Film Evening
Thursday 1st October 2009. St Andrew’s Parish Centre. 7.30pm. An evening of entertainment for club members and their guests. Details still to be announced.
Federation Conference
Thursday 29th October - Saturday 31st October 2009. Federation Conference to be held in Cardiff.
Support For Young People
Thursday 5th November 2009. St Andrew’s Parish Centre. 7.30pm. Councillor Izzie Seccombe will talk about the support given to younf people in Warwickshire when they leave care. This will be followed by a business meeting.
Operation Christmas Child
Thursday 12th November 2009. Members will meet at 3.30.pm to pack shoeboxes for the Operation Christmas Child appeal.
Charity Concert
Saturday 14th November 2009. St Andrew’s Parish Centre. Concert by Tarantara to raise funds for Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance. More details later.
Christmas Supper Evening
Thursday 3rd December 2009. St Andrew’s Parish Centre. 7.30pm. Supper evening. Raffle in aid of the International President’s Human Rights Appeal. Guests welcome. More details later.

Category Talks
Thursday 4th February 2010. St Andrew’s Parish Centre. 7.30pm. One or more members of the club will talk to the club about their life and work as a member of their chosen profession. This will be followed by a business meeting.
Anti-slavery and Trafficking
Thursday 4th March 2010. St Andrew’s Parish Centre. 7.30pm. The club will welcome a speaker on anti-slavery and trafficking. This will be followed by a business meeting.
Bangers and Mash Lunch
Saturday 27th March 2010. St Andrew’s Parish Centre. Our annual Bangers and Mash Lunch to raise funds for the Shakespeare Hospice. Guests welcome. More details later.
